Each eye pillow is filled with fresh lavender – they are the perfect weight for relaxation and Savasana.

The outer cover can be removed for washing needed.

Made using cotton fabrics.

Eye Pillows can be used for relation or Savasana during yoga practice to block out the light, the weight helps to send messages to the nervous system to relax the body and mind. Use at room temperature or pop in the fridge to cool, you can warm on the radiator but never in the microwave.
